Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized various sectors of life, including in efforts to achieve sustainable development goals. This paper will explore the potential of AI in addressing various global challenges, such as climate change, poverty, and social inequality. Some examples of AI applications that will be discussed include environmental monitoring, renewable energy development, and supply chain optimization. However, in addition to its great potential, AI also poses a number of challenges, such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and technological unemployment. Therefore, this paper will also discuss the steps needed to ensure that the development and application of AI are in line with ethical and sustainability principles.
